Q. How do I know that your Burmese Amber is genuine? |
A. We guarantee to you that our Burmite is genuine and comes from a reliable source in Burma.

Q. Do you have other gemstone beads besides what is on your website? |
A. Yes. We specialize in high quality and all natural gemstone beads and cabochons. We currently do not have all of our gemstones on the website, however, if you are looking to re-order an item that you purchased from us at the Parrsborro Gem and Mineral show, please contact us directly and we will endeavor to assist you.

Q. Shipping |
A. Please note that for all continental Canadian and American orders, shipping fees are included for standard, ground shipping. If you need an item quickly, please send me an email with your zip/postal code so I can calculate the total costs to send a package express... A package will usually take one week on standard shipping to reach Toronto, while with Expresspost it is three days. International orders will be shipped with an additional charge, so again, if you are ordering from outside continental North America, please email us first so we can calculate shipping costs.
Items will be shipped within two days of receiving an order, while express post shipments will go out either the same or the next business day. Custom orders, or multiples of an item that we do not have on hand, will take longer.
